Permitted use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with applicable regulations. You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that degrades performance for others, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or use outputs to harass, defraud, impersonate, or infringe someone else's rights.

Outputs and disclaimers

Tools generate suggestions, formatting, random selections, or illustrative content. Outputs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. For academic work, legal filings, medical decisions, financial commitments, safety-critical systems, or other high- stakes contexts, you are responsible for verifying results with authoritative sources or qualified professionals.

Intellectual property

The Services, including branding, layout, text, graphics, and software, are owned by Muxgen or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes in line with their intended function.

You retain rights to content you input. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the Services (for example generating output in your browser or serving pages).

Third-party names and fan content

Some tools reference games, sports teams, franchises, or other third-party properties for creativity or convenience. Muxgen is not endorsed by those rights holders unless expressly stated. Generated names or prompts may resemble existing trademarks; you are responsible for clearance before commercial use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muxgen and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars, if you paid nothing.

Changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We may update these Terms periodically; the revised Terms will apply when posted unless stated otherwise. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
