Generated vCard (.vcf)
Download saves this text as contact.vcf. The address is stored as one street field.
It writes a contact between BEGIN:VCARD and END:VCARD. The version line is always VERSION:3.0. The structured name puts the last name first. The formatted name is the first name, a space, and the last name.
Optional lines are included only when the box has text. The phone line is TEL;TYPE=CELL. The email line is EMAIL;TYPE=INTERNET. A website without http:// or https:// receives https://.
Copy vCard copies that text. Download uses a data link and the file name contact.vcf. The page does not add a photo or a QR code.
Four steps. The text follows each edit.
First name, last name, company, title, email, phone, website, address, and note are filled in.
The card is VERSION 3.0 and updates as you type. Empty optional lines disappear.

Reset restores every box, including the note and the website example.com.

Reset restores the sample. It does not rename the download.
N stores last name then first name. FN joins them with one space, or uses Unnamed Contact.
ORG and TITLE. Either line is omitted when its box is blank.
TEL;TYPE=CELL and EMAIL;TYPE=INTERNET. The phone is stored as typed.
example.com becomes https://example.com. An address that already has http:// or https:// stays.
One street field on a work ADR. Commas stay inside that field. City and region are not split out.
NOTE is the last property before END. The file name is always contact.vcf.
Copy vCard on the untouched form. The two commas in the address are written with a backslash.
